About LinkNest Commerce
The operations layer commerce teams wish they had sooner.
LinkNest Commerce (“LNC”) is a B2B SaaS platform that helps merchants and the teams that run them see what is actually happening across their store — orders, customers, inventory, fulfillment, webhooks, alerts — without spreadsheets, screenshots, and gut feel.
We're Shopify-first at launch and platform-expandable by design. The architecture is built to grow toward additional commerce platforms, marketplaces, fulfillment providers, payment processors, analytics, and automation systems over time.
The problem
Growing commerce businesses outgrow their tooling faster than they realize. Orders flow in from one place, inventory drifts in another, webhooks fail quietly between systems, and operators end up rebuilding the same view in spreadsheets every week. The cost is not just time — it's missed shipments, broken trust with customers, and decisions made on stale data.
Why ecommerce operators struggle
- Platforms ship powerful tools, but the operational picture stays fragmented.
- Webhooks and integrations fail silently — issues surface when a customer complains, not when a system flags them.
- Reports and forecasts live in tabs and tools that don't agree with each other.
- The team grows, roles multiply, and there's no clean way to give the right person the right view of the right store.
How LNC solves it
LinkNest Commerce connects to the platforms merchants already use, syncs operational data, and presents it through admin and client portals built around the way operators actually work. The product focuses on operational reality — synced orders, customers, products, inventory, fulfillment; webhook and event tracking with delivery-health visibility; dashboards, reports, and forecasts designed for operators; alerts and exports; and role-aware portals that fit how teams are structured.
Trust by default
Tenant-aware data boundaries and masked PII are product foundations, not afterthoughts.
Operator-grade visibility
Dashboards, alerts, and reports designed for the people running the store every day.
Honest about compliance
We say what we have in place — and what we don't yet. No false certification claims.
Where we operate
LNC is built and operated from Canada, initially serving merchants in Canada (with focus markets in Ontario, Manitoba, and British Columbia) and the United States. We plan to expand carefully and in line with the privacy and consumer law of each market we enter.
Early software, serious ambition.
If you want a walkthrough against your real store, book a demo and we'll show you where operational leakage starts. Security, privacy, or compliance questions are welcome before you sign up — not after.
